Responsibilities: Looking after our great customers, ensuring they are on the best packages for their needs and making sure they don’t have to deal with the networks.

Why Mobile Solutions: After working with Vodafone direct, I find Mobile solutions a lot more freeing, there’s much less red tape and it feels like we’re actually supporting our customers.

What do you love about your job: Work/Life balance and being surrounded by a wonderful and supportive team. Never have I worked somewhere where the team take such as active interest in my life and family.

What’s the best day of the week? Has to be Friday

What do you like to get up to in your free time: with a 4-year-old and 4-month old I’m not sure what free time is.. but when I’m not at work I enjoy taking my boys out on walks, going exploring in the woods, watching football and just relaxing where possible.
