What are your responsibilities?

Overseeing the care of all of our mobile customers and their billing.  Generally keeping the office running.  Washing of tea towels!!

Why Mobile Solutions?

I had worked previously for one of the networks and for another independent dealer and really enjoyed the customer service side of things. At Mobile Solutions, this is at the heart of what we do so it was an obvious choice to make when the position came up.

What do you love about your job?

Talking to people. I talk constantly, so for this to be the main part of my job is a bonus!

What’s the best day of the week?

Monday.  It is always so busy, the day flies by!

What do you like to get up to in your free time?

I have recently taken up archery so take part twice a week at least.
